Face Fabriqué began as a framework for my burgeoning hobby as I learned how to sew my own gear on a Singer HD in my 2-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. Countless projects and prototypes later, it evolved into a concerted effort to distill 15+ years of experience trekking in the mountains and cities of New York and New England into equipment with the optimal balance between form and function. 

A gearhead at heart, my closet is full of packs and bags that I love, but that each have their own narrow use. My first production design is the SOMMET, a frameless pack that feels equally dialed to the activities of daily living as the days I use to break away from them. Currently in development, the rest of the opening collection features a hip/sling bag, travel tote, and dry bag organizers.
